Phase I of the MarineMax Stuart project marked a collaborative effort between Golden Marine Systems and Golden Boat Lifts. Golden Marine Systems deployed their 9 Series dock system for the fixed dock component of the project. The dock was surfaced with Endeck Ashwood decking and fascia, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability. Custom utility troughs with removable covers were also incorporated into the design, enhancing functionality and convenience for users. In tandem with the dock construction, Golden Boat Lifts provided a total of 50 boat lifts, ranging from 24K to 40K in capacity. This comprehensive solution catered to the diverse needs of boat owners, offering secure and reliable storage options for various vessel sizes. Demand for the boat lift slips was so high that phase II was added shortly after the completion of phase I.
